Opis

The neighbor at 4413 Hinsdale St. is attempting to prevent cars to park on the public street by continously placing yard debris on the street on the Major Andre rd street near his home. He is doing this to antagonize me and my guest that visit me. I am respectfully requesting someone on the official side to intervene with this domestic squabble so that things do not get out of hand. If I'm told that he is perfectly in his right to place wood with nails on the public street, then I will not contact you again. I'd like an official from the Code Enforcement Office to meet me, at their convenience, at my home at 425 major andre rd to discuss this matter and put this behind me for good. Thank you.
