Request for bike racks in 3000 block of R St NW. Numerous Bikes parked daily in this block. City Bike Racks would be greatly appreciated. Bikes block motor vehicles access to curb side doors. This causes a dangerous situation as motorists must enter and exit vehicles on street side. This block is frequented by dog owners and many parents/others with young children seeking access to Montrose Park.
