Description

The signal going north on park street turning right into 54th ave has a red light and a green arrow with a sign that says to stop first. I stopped and had a car lay on the horn at me because he didn't want to stop behind me. This light is confusing to people whether you are supposed to stop or go on a green and red light. The green arrow should be taken away so people won't be confused. This will also prevent a lot of road rage too.
