Deskripsyon

The shopping center at 600 Washington Avenue is a major dumping ground for cups, wrappers and all kinds of street trash. The owners of the center do not appear to any street sweeping or maintenance of the sidewalks. It is an unsightly mess.

The problem never really goes away because the shopping center doesn't seem to do any cleaning of its parking lot, sidewalks or the street gutter.

This is an ongoing problem that the owners of the shopping center seem unwilling or unable to address. There is always some level of trash littering the gutter, sidewalks and parking lot area, and most of the time it's a real eyesore.

I think residents of the immediate area would strongly support a group effort of any sort to get business owners in both shopping areas to take care of the trash and weeds.

I don't live terribly close to the area, but I would support it around me (7th and Tasker). Guy on the northwest corner always very nice, maybe I'll float the idea towards him, thanks for the suggestion Matt.
