Metal Plate not anchored properly - makes LOUD NOISE EVERY TIME a vehicle drives over it!!! Very disturbing and annoying!! The heavier the vehicle, the louder the noise. Makes it difficult to sleep at night. This has been going on for several weeks - PLEASE FIX IMMEDIATELY!!! This is a public nuisance!!
