The sidewalk along N. Ocean Blvd between Woolbright and E. Ocean Ave has some areas where the distance in elevation between concrete slabs is as much as 2-3". This is a hazard for runners, walkers, bikers, strollers, wheelchairs, etc. I have seen at least 2 runners fall along this path. Something needs to be done to fix this.
