There is an ordinance on the books for animals that "disturb the quiet...by
barking, biting..." etc. as state in the Code of Ordinances
(https://www.municode.com/library/ma/quincy/codes/code_of_ordinances?nodeId=
TIT6AN_CH6.04DOANGE_6.04.020REIS).
You can call Animal Control at (617)376-1364 or the non-Emergency
line at QPD at (617)479-1212 and they will dispatch Don Conboy, the Animal
