We’ve reviewed the records for this service and found that when the collector was on your street , Thursday-5/5/16, they reported that they were unable to collect at this address because the cart was not placed out. Please continue to leave your roll cart curbside. A service request has been created to request a courtesy pickup prior to your next collection day.
As a friendly reminder, Household trash must be placed curbside prior to 7am on the scheduled collection day and at least 4 feet away from all obstructions.
