Opis

Loose Man hole cover directly outside 915 W Addison in the East bound lane, has an SBC cover on it. Greatly affecting my quality of life, can not sleep at all due to the loud noise of cars driving over it. Addison is an extremely busy street so the noise is constant. Should be an extremely easy fix.
