This is a construction project that I assume is being done by a contractor. It is on the west side of San Pablo and is creating a safer crossing for pedestrians across a wide intersection at West and Isabella. If you go there, you will likely see the pooled water, just south of where there looks to be a slight rise in the concrete maybe for a ramp? Thanks!
