Opis

Not sure if sidewalk is homeowners issue or not, but it is totally mold & mildew covered. I slipped & almost fell on damp area. Sidewalk on both sides of street need cleaning badly. Because it runs along Taft, not sure if it is City property or homeowner's. (Pics are difficult to see b/c of trees blocking sun)
