Description

This "no man's land" between Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown is filled with boat sized wallows and potholes aggravated by the constant stream of recycling, garbage trucks and oil tankers coming to Castle oil.

The worst is by the "rear" entrance to Hudson Harbor.
