Description
Our property is next to Virginia Beach City property and Rt. 60/Atlantic Ave. There is a tree with a large trunk that is planted on this VA Beach City property whose branches are extending toward our townhouse and the townhouse next door to us. We would like the city to prune the branches of this tree, so they will not reach our home and scratch its outer walls. This tree also has a telephone wire going through it.
Finally, there is a crepe myrtle tree about three yards away from the tree mentioned above and which is even closer to our townhouse. We would like the city to trim its branches as well because we worry that its branches will also extend toward our townhouse and eventually brush against it.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a homeowner at 8300 B Atlantic Ave., Virginia Beach, VA 23451, and my town home is at the intersection of Atlantic Ave. and Shore Dr. There is a huge tree on the public land between our property and Shore Dr. This tree, whose trunk and branches have many patches of green moss covering them, has grown a lot since 2000, which is when we bought our home. In fact, its branches are pushing against our crepe myrtle tree and forcing it to grow slanted towards our house. In addition, this big tree's branches are getting closer and closer to our home. I am afraid that soon those branches will begin to brush up against our house and windows, and then rip the window screens.
Could you please prune the branches that of this big, moss covered tree, which is located at the place that I have indicated. If you could do so at your earliest convenience, my wife and I would greatly appreciate it! We sent a similar request about one month ago, but unfortunately nothing has been done.
Sincerely,
Olmedo Villavicencio

Hello, again!
As you already know, I am the homeowner at 8300 B Atlantic Ave., Virginia Beach, VA 23451, and my town home is at the intersection of Atlantic Ave., and Shore Dr. After the severe thunderstorm on Friday, July 15, the grated storm drain that is between my property and Shore Dr., got covered with lots of mulch, dirt, leaves and other debris. This circular drain can easily be located because it has large grey stones surrounding it, and it is next to my crepe myrtle tree.
Could you please remove the debris covering the top of the storm drain, so the next time it rains, the water will be able to go down the drain and not accumulate outside my home. I'm concerned about having a lagoon form next to my home during a thunderstorm!
I thank you in advance for your attention and cooperation!
Sincerely,
Olmedo Villavicencio

Per original request entered 05/16/2016 that Landscape responded to look at trees and speak with customers. At the time of original request it was determined that city trees were not touching the house and said trees were not scheduled until the fall.
Due to additional request being submitted via SCF and Landscape inbox, we have entered another request under SR #91460114.
