Piles of trash on the side frontage of 2021 Folsom St facing Enterprise St. Enterprise St is an unaccepted street so DPW normally will not clean up however the property owner is responsible. This condition has been like this for over 120 days. As you can see in the photo this is just trash and human waste there is nobody living there currently. Article 9 of the DPW code gives DPW the authority to clean this public hazard and bill the property owner. If the property owner will not take care of their frontage this unsanitary situation should be resolved by DPW and the costs passed on.
