Description
I have written about this intersection before, and I realize it's just a bad setup that doesn't have a lot of options to make it better. However, I go to work early in the a.m. and head eastbound on 6200 S to turn left (NB) onto Bangerter. If the light (not sure of the cross street name, but it's the one at Reams/7-11) just before Bangerter is red, when it turns green it always gives the green arrow for people heading West and turning south to go down Dixie Way. But there is never anyone there at that hour, and it's a long light. We sit there and watch our chance to turn onto Bangerter come and go while we wait for the long line of non-existent cars to turn left in front of us. Can that be turned into a monitored lane? It seems like it used to be.
