Since North Venture acquired this property THERE have been signs improperly placed causing danger in wind and snow. The sign blocking the sidewalk now belongs to Atlantic Coast Homes the seller. This is not a one time only mistake. I slipped on that sidewalk 2014 due to a sign lying just below the snow on windy day. I thought it was city owned so said nothing. These people should know better and should be fined.
