Hi James, the issue in the 300 block of Texas Pkwy is closed, the property in the 100 block of Texas Pkwy is a totally different property under different ownership. You may enter your issue in SCF as a new complaint and Code Enforcement will address it under the correct property ID and address the issue to the proper owner. Thanks for your concern.
