Sharraxaadda

There is overgrown grass and weeds/vines along the outside of my property (city property) clinging to my fence. These vines/weeds have torn my fence from the supporting fence rails and left an opening allowing access into my back yard. My property is destroyed and I am requesting removing of the nuisance weeds/vines and a possible replacement of my destroyed fence.
