Memorial Park on NW 35th and Classen is starting to become a popular place for the homeless to hangout all day and sleep. I have searched the Internet for any statutes on this. Are there any regulations pertaining to this issue? Is it reportable?

Ive worked with the homeless every week for the last 5 years. Love them.
Homeless and kids in parks are not a great combination.
