This issue has already been reported. We have taken steps to tag it for non-compliance and have been working with the Zoning Department on enforcement. This owner has been cited by Zoning and these items were scheduled for pick up. When staff arrived, the items had been relocated back onto private property. Clean City staff is not permitted to enter private property; therefore they were unable to remove the items.
Clean City has contacted the Zoning Department as they jurisdiction over violations on private property.
