The corner of W. Parkwood and Ponce has new-ish pavement problems. This is a pretty common bike-commuter route. Thos makes the whole section of lower W. Parkwood an especial danger, and the southwest curb area most treacherous.
It is unclear, to be a bit critical, why the other, much better, lower section of Parkwood was paved recently. This sure helped the autos speed on through.
