Upon inspection we found several panels that have settled creating an area for water to pool and several damaged panels. These sidewalk sections will be placed on our replacement list. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention

Thanks for taking a look, responding, and planning to address. I am curious, though, the panels at this location you marked for replacement abut 2-3 right in front of my steps that are raised above the curb line, and also are cracked. As you can see, I have, perhaps erronesously, tried a homeowner type repair of the crack. This are and the side panel next to my stairs were replaced as a part of a sewer line breakage that JAM performed for me several years ago. The sidewalk was replaced at my cost, I believe, by RJ Cawley (subcontracted by JAM). It has looked like this for some time. I am more than happy to work with you to work out an agreement/plan to address these panels too at the same time of the work already indicated.
