How do I find SCF# 20021005529, I can not seem to bring it up via search.

John are the trees still there? Otherwise you can reopen the case on SeeClickFix or call in to the City with that SCF # for a status.

The trees are still there and I can not find another SCF related to this issue, RVA: Customer campaigner . It is my understanding that this ticket should remain open in both SCF and the City system until the issue is resolved.
