Description

The alley in the 3100 block (Belmont to Cleveland) between Patterson Ave. and Park Ave. is again filled with large potholes. The grading and gravel work done in the past is regularly washed out by the water that flows down the alley with every rain. Needs to rolled when gravel is laid down. Larger gravel would also help.
