If the homeless are allowed these encampments than the city needs to give them instructions about how much crap they can have. They don't need all this garbage around. Provide sanitary facilities. It's out of hand and it needs to stop
This is a matter that I wish to long to our leadership. The entire circumstance surrounding encampments and the daily onslaught of community exposure to the conditions both from those in the encampments and those living nearby has become a Public Health concern.
I am not sure what the current conversation is about them but clearly all this talking and no action or even a consideration is becoming tedious at best but angering folks at least. That includes the encampment residents I've had an opportunity to speak to.
