It has been over a month since I have submitted a claim form to the City Clerk for the damage done to my mailbox by one of Huntsville City's Garbage Truck Drivers and I have not heard from anyone whatsoever about rectifying the issue. Could someone please let me know when I will be compensated for the damages? Do I need to file a police report on the incident?
