The traffic light at Hillsdale/Norfolk going east on Hillsdale needs to be timed to sync up with the traffic light exiting 101 North. The lights should be green for longer at the same time to help relieve traffic congestion exiting 101. The freeway backup is horrible and it takes so long to exit 101 N going East on Hillsdale.
