Sharraxaadda

We had a beautiful shady park and beach acess on 88 Street which has been replaced by an eyesore not worthy of an upscale community. It's now asphalt with a couple of aluminum traffic signs which are ignored. Cars go all the way to the shower to pick up passengers and load beach parafernalia. It's an accident waiting to happen. Additionally, there is such shoddy work that with light rain it floods. Is this considered an improvement over what we had?
