Illegal feral cat feeding station. this is the second report at this location in the alleys next to 2 Grover st. Behind a piece of plywood. Leaving food out like this draws all kinds of animals also promotes mating with feral cats that are not spayed or neutered. Homeless cat project is responsible for this site. Please tell them to stop.
