Is the home owner responsible for trimming the trees on the extension that the city planted? On Cambridge, the trees on the extension are over the side walk and you find that you duck or walk around the branches.

a code violation notice was issued for the vegetation encroaching onto the public sidewalk from plants on private property and forestry was contacted to cut the branches from the city owned tree

A community standards officer inspected the location and it was in compliance on 6/16/2016.
