Construction of an outer wall for a parking lot is occurring. No permits and no zoning approval has been given.

More work to the wall surrounding the abandoned lot was done the weekend of the 21st and 22nd (March)

Same guy owns across the street and is working there (building block walls and metal shed roofing which looks old because it is rusty but is new). Work is done on Saturday and Sundays by workers who appear to be foreign
