Wet sidewalk to people slipped and fell. The housing company said the sidewalk belongs to the city and it's the issue of the city to repair however it looks like the housing company has altered the landscape and water is coming from their property onto the sidewalk there's nowhere else to bypass this unless you walk on the street to avoid it needs to be repaired.
