Can DC311 let us know what tactics you use for rat abatement. As a neighbor to this property with a small child I want to know 1. if any chemicals are used and 2. if rats will simply move from one location to another (aka my backyard!). Ideally the rat abatement will be a holistic approad that removes the rats from the entire area, not just one localized spot. thank you
