On Sundays at the Scarbourough Civic Centre they have concerts, at the top of the circular driveway (at the front entrance) there are four handicaped parking spots.So the next place to park is lower down near the shipping entrance.The only problem is the sign telling you to get the elevator the door is locked.Now the only way to get to the concert level is to navigate approx 29 steps,quiet a problem when you are handicaped. Also for years they had a small cafe where at intermision you could get refreshments that is now closed. can you try and FIX the problems ??????
