Please CHANGE the GREEN COLOR of the "Navy Pier Parking Spaces Available" sign to WHITE. Drivers heading southbound downward off ramp from LSD run the Red light at the Grand Avenue intersection causing accidents to those driving West on Grand Avenue. Over 20 accidents during 2016, multiple criticals, Level 1 EMS. Please contact me for more information. David Nayak

Accident from 6-17-2016 at 6am. Cause by driver heading southbound off LSD ramp runs red light at Grand Avenue intersection. Truck (on its side) driving westbound on Grand. Driver critical, level 1 EMS response.
Over 20 accidents since 2016. Eight accidents since May 30th.
All drivers run read light coming down LSD off ramp going southbound.
All believe light is green as the "Navy Pier Parking Spaces Available" sign is a GREEN LIGHT.
Must change the color of that light from GREEN to any other color not on a signal.
