Description
A few months ago, a paving crew came out to re-pave a section of Oneal road. The two lanes are not at equal height, and one of the lanes appears to have incomplete paving. Actually, it looks like "amateur hour". I was fully expecting them to return to complete the job, but they never have.

This section of O’Neal Rd. is not in the City limits. It is maintained by NCDOT.
