Our Electric Operations crews tightened the communications lines as much as possible. We've entered a notification to the telecommunications line owners to repair the sag in their lines. We are reassigning your issue to the City of Huntsville IT Dept. A representative from their office will monitor this issue and follow up with the telecommunications companies.
