I have SAME problem,every week,somebody parks in one of my driveways! I own a few rentals. But now,the traffic officers isnt even giving them tickets,anymore,,just sits in his truck,until they show up and he allows them to leave.No tickets anymore. I tried to ask him a question,,he just drove off. Then when i requested tows,,before,,it would take less than 30 min...NOW ,,i waited 11/2 hr just for officer to showup..never called tow company.The other time he just parked down the street,,until they showed up ,drove off, NO tickets ,Either but time. So GOOD LUCK getting anything done! This has been going onfor years,but the blantant not doing what im requesting for someone blocking my driveway,has gotten out of control,in the last 6mos. I have signs,painted the end of driveway,red so drivers get it..but No. So NOW I have NO legal recourse against these illegal cars in MY driveway!!
