I live directly behind Spiga in the gramercy building I moved in May 1 2012 Spiga opended the following monday. Our apartment building is filled with smoke fumes from this restaurant on a daily basis This is hazardous to the health of the residents. Is there anything that can be done such as a filter added to their smoke stack etc
