This vehicle was reported abandoned on 6/15/16 (Issue ID: 2598108). I watched three people push this car to the other side of the same street on Wednesday, 6/22. It is now on the east side of 19th Ave NE between 205th and Ballinger. It clearly isn't running, as they were pushing as one person steered it to the new spot across the street.
