Description

This family has become the owners of puppies that are rapidly growing. They have no functional means of keeping their dogs in their yard. The gate has a small statute placed in front of the swinging chain link gate -- something that doesn't work at all. The dogs have repeatedly gotten out after they have been left in the yard and have been found in other people's yards and in the street -- risking being hit by passing cars.

There is also copious amounts of feces in the yard yielding a strong odor that is now quite present in the neighborhood.

This family appears to not have a functional way to take care of, nor provide a functional shelter for these dogs.

They are constantly getting out now...what happens when the untrained dogs grow up? If they can't be restrained as puppies, what happens when they weigh triple their current size?

It's a problem now and a future danger at best.
