This is a home with tenant apartments, and they have an issue with illegal dumping into their alley (which is also Bloomingdale Ct). When a tenant moves out or gets a new piece of furniture or grill, they leave the old things in the ally and make no effort to remove them. It's truly a constant issue- please ticket the landlord.
