House on the corner of Fair Oaks Blvd and Watkins Avenue. In the past 8 months the property has become deserted. Windows have been boarded up and he fences have all fallen to the ground. The yard is exposed to the public. There are empty ponds that could be a hazard to children or the many transients in the neighborhood. This is an eyesore to what could be a very nice neighborhood.
