Description

On a daily basis, I watch drivers park on Wallace, outside the Paris Bakery, blocking traffic along Wallace Ave, sometimes causing it to back-up through the Wallace/Lansdowne intersection. Bollards were installed to keep cars from completely blocking the north-side of the sidewalk, but drivers just park between them. It's absurd, selfish behaviour that needs to stop. The backups, honking, and yelling are getting ridiculous.
