Code Compliance has issued letters for both trash and grass & weeds. The letter on Grass & Weeds was written on July 7th and the letter for Trash was written on July 12th. They were sent to the property owner each letter has a seven day compliance. At the end of the seven days Code Compliance will reinspect the property and if not taken care the City will have their contractor take care of it and the owner will be billed for the work.
