Significant overgrowth from properties adjacent to the sidewalk on Goeglein Gulch Road between Valle De Merced and Ferringway Condos are blocking the sidewalk and need to be cleared. I am in a wheelchair and can not pass through this area because of the brush blocking the path and have to use the street instead. I have contacted the City however they claim this area is not in the City Limits and not their issue.
