Traffic signal at Old Monrovia and Hunting Trail has a camera/sensor that used to only stop Old Monrovia traffic if there were vehicles waiting at Hunting Trail. Since this intersection was repaved a few days ago, the light is cycling as if there is always traffic waiting on Hunting Trail, unnecessarily stopping Old Monrovia traffic.
