The garbage is still on the street. This happens often. Cases are closed but the dumping is not removed. If Waste Management went on this call they failed to pick up the trash!

The item keeps getting closed, but the garbage is still there! I took the attached picture today. It's on the west side of Poplar Street not far south of 16th Street. Please be sure the dumping has been cleared before you close this!
