We have contacted Waste Management on your behalf.
In the future, if you would like to report a missed collection (recycling, trash, yard waste, bulky items), please wait to report it until 4 p.m. on your collection day, you may then call Waste Management’s Missed Collections Line at (401)847-0230 to properly report it. You can expedite this process faster if you contact Waste Management directly.

This ISSUE is NOT resolved. The entire eastern end of Slocum Street (31-40) was not collected on 7/15/16 nor was it done TODAY. The street is smelling, and I now have no where to put my garbage. I have already called Waste Mgt today as well as did other neighbors, and as you can tell by my reply, it is not resolved.
Note, too, that calling WM on a Friday after 4pm (when I am not at home) is not possible, because WM doesn't take calls on the weekend.
In addition, as the Clean City Coordinator, I believe it to be your responsibility to help us get this resolved quickly and expeditiously.
