The HAWK signal on Briarcliff Road is now malfunctioning and when the amber light is supposed to flash, it flashes etremely rapidly. Note that originally it didn't flash amber until the push button was activated; then somebody changed it to flash all the time (24x7); and now it flashes very rapidly upon detector being pressed.
